Rum Hazel Collins
Ingredients
5cl Sentinel Scented Rum
2cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
1cl Simple syrup
2 pumps Hazelnut Cocktail Scent
Soda
Lemon zest
How to make
Combine Sentinel Rum, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds until chilled and strain (Hawthorne Strainer) mixture into a long drink glass with fresh ice cubes.
Top up with soda and give the cocktail 2 sprays diagonally over the top with the Hazelnut Cocktail Scent. Garnish with a lemon zest, et voila!
