Derived from the original Dark & Stormy cocktail, we have designed the Perfect Storm. Additionally, we have designed this drink to be a completely personal cocktail for YOU. Simply pick your favourite Cocktail Scent from the six various Scents to enhance the drink to your very personal style. Mix and match however you like, you will always have an original Perfect Storm.
Ingredients
5cl Sentinel Scented Rum
1cl freshly squeezed lime juice
15cl Ginger beer (e.g. Fever-Tree)
2 pumps of your favourite Cocktail Scent
Lime wheel
How to make
Fill your glass of choice with crushed or normal ice. Pour in the lime juice and ginger beer. Pour the Sentinel Rum over the backside of a spoon (ideally a barspoon) slowly to achieve the "float". Choose your favourite Cocktail Scent and spray twice at an angle over the glass before garnishing with a lime wheel to complete Your Perfect Storm.
