The Sentinel Rum embodies the evolution of our craft, a bridge between heritage and innovation. Built upon a Wedderburn-style Caribbean blend, this rum celebrates boldness and authenticity, with Dominican smoothness at its core and a whisper of Jamaican high-ester funk for vivid, fruit-forward depth. It's a robust and expressive character with layers of toffee and dark chocolate that unfolds into ripe stone fruit and dried fig, carried by a warm, lingering finish.
Through our proprietary Acoustic Ageing process, the Sentinel matures in harmony with Pedro Ximénez sherry, American oak, and French oak (two distinct toasting grades), achieving the complexity and integration of a 12-year-old vintage but with unparalleled precision.
Encased in an dark-red, satin finished bottle adorned with nautical, time-traveling motifs, the Sentinel honours rum’s storied maritime past while charting a course toward its future. A guardian of tradition, reimagined for the modern rum lover.
