The Rosemary Fizz is the debut cocktail in our exclusive Ready-To-Drink (RTD) series, crafted in collaboration with celebrated Munich bartenders to bring you a refined yet effortless cocktail experience at home. Inspired by sun-drenched Mediterranean summers and garden soirées by the sea, this pre-batched classic will be your next summer go-to!
To serve: no tools, no guesswork – simply pour 80ml over ice in a highball glass and top with soda. That’s it. Tart yet gentle, sweet yet subtle, and endlessly refreshing.
Flavoured with aromatic Mediterranean rosemary, bright citrus lemon, and the fruity, floral notes of Illusionist Dry Gin, this fizz will transport you straight to the azul waters and golden coasts of Southern Europe.

The second expression in our RTD series. Introducing The Sentinel Sir Fleming, a bold reinterpretation of the modern classic, Penicillin. Named after the revolutionary mind behind antibiotics, this cocktail pays homage with a blend that’s distinct, layered, and warmly unforgettable.
Swapping out smoky whisky for our premium organic Sentinel Rum, the Sir Fleming offers a refreshingly smooth complexity. It’s sweet, tart, and delicately spiced. Ginger-honey syrup, lemon juice, and a touch of thyme elevate this riff into a category of its own for a comforting, modern cocktail made for curious palates.

Crafted to celebrate the globally revered Negroni Week, the Black Negroni is the third RTD cocktail of the exclusive series. A tribute wrapped in darkness, it pays homage to the beloved classic while unveiling a bold, unexpected twist.
Don’t be fooled by the absence of colour, this Negroni is bursting with vibrancy. Expect deep berry notes, lifted by bright citrus and grounded in herbaceous layers of sage, thyme, cardamom, and angelica root. It’s a brooding beauty, complex, elegant, and impossible to forget.
